Sydney’s trains, metro, buses, ferries and light rail can still feel like that. Most days, though, it’s a different story. Which platform? Is it running late? Is there a lift? Was that my stop?
The answers exist. They’re just scattered across signs, announcements, timetables and apps, and you’re left to piece them together on the move.
So we built Shoo. to ride along with you, from your door to theirs. When to leave, where to stand, when to get off. One calm next step at a time, in your language, with nothing made up.

Who’s behind it
Shoo. is made in Sydney by Korelda Pty Ltd, an independent company. The people behind it are Sydney riders: the kind who know which carriage stops by the exit, and who notice when a lift is out.
We build Shoo. for everyone who rides with us: commuters, parents, students, wheelchair users, visitors on their first day, and friends and family who want to know you got there.
Shoo. was founded by Arnaud Lebon, founder of Korelda, an AI program manager in Sydney who takes generative and agentic AI from pilot to production. More of Arnaud’s work is at arnaudlebon.io.
Shoo. uses Transport for NSW open data, but it isn’t made, provided or endorsed by Transport for NSW. Walking directions come from Apple Maps.
