Is Shoo. free?
During the public beta on TestFlight, yes: nothing can be charged. Once Shoo. is on the App Store, the whole app is free for your first 3 days, once per account, no card needed. Then a monthly or yearly plan, or the one-time Founder Pass.
Will I be charged when my free trial ends?
No. Nothing is charged automatically. We remind you a day before the trial ends and again when it does.
Why do I need an account?
It’s how Shoo. knows your plan, and it keeps Home, Work, favourites and commutes in sync. Sign in with Apple, Google or an email code.
Can my family share my plan?
Yes, with the yearly plan or the Founder Pass, through Apple’s Family Sharing: you and up to 5 others.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple and renew until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, then Shoo.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
